The one where we drove our customers right back to the dealership


The brief

Our clients came to us with a big problem, they had built their cars so great and to last so long that they had almost shot their self in the foot, with customers only really needing to shop with them once to get what they need for life. So we helped them come up with a new way to get their customers back to them.

The how

Buying a car is no small feat, so we knew we had an important job to do. But we wanted to have fun with it, and remind our Suzuki customers why they chose us in the first place. So we made mix tapes. That’s right, mix tapes. And we called them Casette Maps. Each tape was tailored to the individual and acted as a personalised sat nav to give them directions – given their cars were not modern enough to have a built in sat nav. The twist in the game… the end destination led them straight to the Suzuki dealership where they were met by a very happy bunch of sales reps ready to showcase their latest car.

200k views and counting. 250+ media impressions. 50% increase in test drives.
